I highly recommend Santi Auto Care. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. They were honest, truthful, and took the time to clearly explain what was needed for our vehicle without any pressure or unnecessary recommendations. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process, especially Travis. It was a pleasant experience knowing our vehicle was in good hands. They completed the work efficiently and made sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s refreshing to find a mechanic you can trust. We truly appreciate their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. We will definitely return for future service and recommend them to family and friends.

What great service! I was on a 23 day Road Trip from Washington State south to Yosemite. My 2011 Pathfinder developed a fluid leak in Reno. Upon inspection by Santi Auto Care, they discovered more issues. A reasonable three days later I received my vehicle. Took it on a 100 mile or so drive on freeway, highway, parkway, and through two towns. The car performed wonderfully! Travis, Fen, Russel, and Raul were top tier in their professionalism. But what sold me is their personal care as they saw me as far more than a customer with their personal service and, well, love. They saw me as family. Santi rocks!!!

We were driving across the country and we had a check engine light with an engine misfire when leaving in the morning from Reno. We called several places and everyone was booked for days, but Santi came highly recommended by another shop. Santi was also booked but graciously offered to fit us in so we could make it home. They also researched and found that the issue was covered under an extended warranty from the manufacturer, so they got us fixed up enough to get home safely where we could do the full repair with the dealer. We’re so grateful for Santi helping us get home. They were so professional and transparent and we’d highly recommend them to anyone.

I am giving them a five because overall they were professional and polite. I went in for their $49.99 full synthetic oil change, GREAT PRICE! I did a bit of preparation because I had to be in and out quick. With the oil change they include tire rotation and free multipoint inspection, which to save time I deferred. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, pretty good. I’m use to over an hour easy with these “Jiffy” shops. Only thing missed that I had to go back for was my sticker with the next service due stamp. Only because as a delivery driver this is critical for the health of my vehicle. FIVE STARS… they also provide drinks and snacks. Where else are going to get that??

I went to Santi Auto Care because it was the closest to my location. They were able to get me in quickly and replace a headlight bulb that I told them had gone out. While waiting the customer waiting room was cool with air conditioning and customer service was friendly. Santi Auto Care also offered water or soda and a snack while waiting for my vehicle to get replaced. Only took maybe an hour and the price of replacing the bulb 💡 and installing it was reasonable. I would go back to Santi Auto Care if I had another vehicle issue.

Broke everything down and provided the full information about what was wrong and even worked with me on payment.

I went in to get my brake system checked after I had a caliper bolt fall out. I just moved cross country and the guys at the shop were honest professional and helpful. Brenden was my service advisor and I believe it was Sven that was the parts specialist I spoke with. Great shop, definitely will come back. Always happy to support great local shops

I have to say that the customer service here is outstanding. Brenden really goes out of his way to make sure you are informed and updated. The Techs are extremely good at what they do, they are friendly and really seem to enjoy their work.

I was a returning customer who needed to get some work completed quickly. Getting an appointment was easy with online scheduling. The work was completed faster than they quoted. Upon completion of service, they provided some really informative paperwork that included good recommendations for work to keep my truck running for a while. I will be returning for sure!

I have a 2015 Venza with over 187k miles. I am new to the area and found this shop online. Booking the appointment was easy using the online booking for service. Fen was a great help with helping understand all the moving parts to get my car back in shape. I\’ll definitely be back!

The people at this location were absolutely amazing I was a fool and bought myself a lemon of a vehicle many issues over the course of the year that I have had this car but the people here worked with my insurance people and everything else and really went to the nail for me to help me pay for all the stuff that needed to be done on my car I don\’t know if I Will go anywhere else from now on

Was very pleased with the reception and service. So glad my appointment was recognized so that I was able to get in and out without delay. Fen was efficient and friendly and they kept me posted about the service status. Russell was awesome and showed me around underneath my vehicle to point out some other issues to be addressed in the future. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to this auto shop for over a year now and I really appreciate everything they’ve done. It’s a small business and the owner is actually involved, which you can tell. The staff is great and I always leave feeling taken care of. They also keep you updated throughout the process, which is amazing!!! I actually left a good review back when it was under the previous ownership, and I’m glad to say the new ownership is just as caring and kind. It’s honestly hard to find places these days that aren’t just trying to take your money and give mediocre service, but that hasn’t been my experience here. They actually care about their customers and, since car issues are already stressful, they make things a lot easier. I 100000% recommend them. Thank you so much

I had the best experience at this auto repair shop! The communication was excellent from start to finish. Fen was absolutely amazing — he went above and beyond to accommodate me and made the entire process stress-free. He even helped me get into a rental car for my children while my vehicle was being serviced, which meant so much to me. I felt comfortable, safe, and well taken care of the whole time. This is the shop for your auto repairs. Outstanding customer service from Fen. He keeps you in the loop out your repair status. Speedy services and excellent workmanship. Their team is thorugh on inspecting/ repairing and your vehicle getting you back on the road leaving with confidence. Great shop highly recommened

I brought my 2009 Chevy Silverado 2500 in for a winch bumper and rack/light panels up top on my shell. The service was definitely all about the quality of the install. They suggested best wiring practice for the bumper lights and the four sided (now very lighted)rack. I highly suggest this group for any regular car care, but their custom installation group was awesome if you dont have the tools or knowledge to do these off road installations correctly so they dont fall off or apart on rough terrain:) Thanks to the group who did my install👍👍
