I went in to get my brake system checked after I had a caliper bolt fall out. I just moved cross country and the guys at the shop were honest professional and helpful. Brenden was my service advisor and I believe it was Sven that was the parts specialist I spoke with. Great shop, definitely will come back. Always happy to support great local shops

I have to say that the customer service here is outstanding. Brenden really goes out of his way to make sure you are informed and updated. The Techs are extremely good at what they do, they are friendly and really seem to enjoy their work.

I was a returning customer who needed to get some work completed quickly. Getting an appointment was easy with online scheduling. The work was completed faster than they quoted. Upon completion of service, they provided some really informative paperwork that included good recommendations for work to keep my truck running for a while. I will be returning for sure!

The people at this location were absolutely amazing I was a fool and bought myself a lemon of a vehicle many issues over the course of the year that I have had this car but the people here worked with my insurance people and everything else and really went to the nail for me to help me pay for all the stuff that needed to be done on my car I don\’t know if I Will go anywhere else from now on

They were fast, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. What really stood out was their honesty with pricing, no surprises, just clear and reasonable quotes. As someone who doesn’t know much about A/C repairs, I really appreciated how Brenden took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been coming to this auto shop for over a year now and I really appreciate everything they’ve done. It’s a small business and the owner is actually involved, which you can tell. The staff is great and I always leave feeling taken care of. They also keep you updated throughout the process, which is amazing!!! I actually left a good review back when it was under the previous ownership, and I’m glad to say the new ownership is just as caring and kind. It’s honestly hard to find places these days that aren’t just trying to take your money and give mediocre service, but that hasn’t been my experience here. I brought my 2009 Chevy Silverado 2500 in for a winch bumper and rack/light panels up top on my shell. The service was definitely all about the quality of the install. They suggested best wiring practice for the bumper lights and the four sided (now very lighted)rack. I highly suggest this group for any regular car care, but their custom installation group was awesome if you dont have the tools or knowledge to do these off road installations correctly so they dont fall off or apart on rough terrain:) Thanks to the group who did my install👍👍

After paying another auto repair shop in the LA area to install new headlights they weren’t adjusted properly so I had to take the car to a place in Reno to get fixed while I’m here. Came upon Jays in Google – great reviews so I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. At Jays they explain what they are going to do and how much right up front – no surprises. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Great communication and customer service, a clean office to sit and wait and the best music to listen to while you’re waiting. It’s hard to find an auto repair shop that you can trust. I will happily recommend them to family and friends that live in the area.

Jay’s Total Car Care – Satisfied customer Oh, Jay’s. The place where my motorcycle gets treated like a VIP—or at least like a distant cousin they don’t totally ignore. Sure, I paid roughly the same as a down payment on a small house, but hey, at least I didn’t have to schlep all the way to Carson or endure the soul-crushing upsell fest at Harley. Worth it? Debatable. Convenient? Absolutely. Jay and the crew were shockingly welcoming—Especially when they realized I wasn’t just another plebe with a car. “Oh, you ride? Cool, cool.” Proceeds to not treat me like a nuisance. A+ for not making me feel like an afterthought. The real star of the show, though? The enormous, majestic shop dog. 10/10, would return just for the pup. Flawless customer service—no notes. Now, was it packed because EVERYONE suddenly remembered riding season exists? Obviously. Did they miss a couple things on my bike? Sure. But after a quick “Uh, hey, about that…” they made it right, which is more than I can say for most places that just ghost you post-service. Final verdict: Slightly pricier than I’d like, but they didn’t set my bike on fire, remembered motorcycles exist, AND let me pet a giant dog. I’ll take it. Four out of five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service, both cars had been sitting for 2yrs. Called jays they were towed within 40 mins. Thdy were bogh running in 1 dY. Porsche and caddillac running great. Very happy with them. One thing though, they closed before we got the message. Called ba k 10 after 5. Had to wait till monday to pick our cars up. We hD to go back to North Carolina monday.
